Designed for pipes and ducts measuring 1/2 in. to 1-1/2 in. in diameter, the Mini-Duct Hunter™ features a 22 AWG copper trace wire embedded in a durable fiberglass rod. This wire can be detected at depths of up to 10 feet, making it ideal for underground and in-wall tracing applications.
Simply push the energized Mini-Duct Hunter™ rod into the pipe, and the signal radiates outward to the surface, allowing a signal receiver to accurately locate and trace the conduit. This eliminates the need for disruptive excavation, reducing both cost and labor time.
