The DW Guillotine® 416 is the larger counterpart to the DWG 208, engineered to cut 4-inch to 16-inch (DN100-400) pipes. It handles a wide variety of materials, including steel, ductile iron, cast iron, concrete (CA), poly, PVC, and mixed media. Built with stainless steel and aluminum for corrosion resistance, its collapsible, folding arm design ensures easy transport and storage.

The DWG 416 features Wachs' signature quick and secure chain mounting system, preventing kickback caused by binding during pipe compression or shifting. Hydraulically powered with a sealed loop, it can operate in extreme conditions, including full water immersion, making it ideal for tight or restrictive spaces.

The diamond wire technology delivers exceptional durability, providing the DWG 416 with one of the lowest costs per cut in the industry. The high-speed diamond-infused wire rotates radially during cutting, ensuring all diamond elements engage with the material for efficient, clean cuts. Beyond safety, the reduced consumable costs over the machine's life offset its initial investment, offering long-term value.
