Unmatched Performance
The CD12 is equipped with a powerful three-speed gearbox, offering speed selections of 500, 1200, and 2400 RPM to accommodate a range of drill bit sizes from 5/8 to 12 inches (15 to 300 mm). Its advanced design maintains consistent speed under load, extending the life of drill bits and delivering dependable performance even in challenging conditions. The gearbox includes a clutch to protect internal components from overload while providing sufficient torque for larger bits.
Ergonomic and Efficient Operation
The ON/OFF directional spool valve stays in the ON position, reducing operator fatigue during extended use. For added flexibility, the feed handle can be installed on either side, accommodating both right-hand and left-hand operation. The included wrenches make it easy to loosen and remove drill bits, further enhancing operational efficiency.
Versatile Water Delivery System
The CD12 includes a water connection fitted with a valve, allowing precise control over water delivery directly at the drill. Water can be supplied through a hydrant connection or an optional 4-gallon pressure tank accessory, ensuring optimal dust suppression and clean drilling.
Adjustable Drill Stand
The drill stand provides unmatched versatility, enabling drilling at angles from perpendicular to 45 degrees. It can be securely anchored using an anchor screw or a vacuum pump, and its leveling screws allow for a stable and solid setup on any surface. A model with a spacer block is also available, increasing drill capacity to accommodate 14-inch diameter bits.
