Based on the Wachs Standard Builder Trailer Platform, the Hydro-Vac Trailer is designed for flexibility and scalability. You can configure the trailer to meet your current needs and easily upgrade it in the future with additional accessories or valve maintenance modules. For instance, you can start with a Hydro-Vac trailer equipped with a hydraulic circuit and later add the ERV-750 Extended Reach Valve Exerciser to expand its capabilities.
Enhanced Power and Capacity
Offering a step up in power, capacity, and size from smaller vacuum systems, the Hydro-Vac Trailer features a 500 CFM at 11 in Hg vacuum system for efficient debris removal. Its 250-gallon spoils tank includes Wachs' exclusive twin-cylinder, electric-over-hydraulic slide, tilt, and dump system with a powered latching door. This push-button operation moves the tank outward past the trailer's tail before tilting up to 55 degrees, allowing gravity to assist in easy debris discharge. Located at the rear of the trailer, this system simplifies dumping and cleaning.
The trailer also includes a 2.5 GPM @ 3000 PSI pressure washer system with a 3-gallon anti-freeze tank and a 95-gallon vertical water tank, making it ideal for use in areas with fluctuating temperatures that can damage standard pressure washer systems.
Optional Equipment - Upgrade with a handheld computer to locate underground utility assets.
