The E.H. Wachs TM-7 HD Plus is a powerful automated valve operator, exerciser, and rehabilitator tailored for VMS systems. Built with Wachs industry-leading automation, this Heavy-Duty system delivers an impressive 2,500 ft/lbs. of torque and features "Plus" dual hybrid control functionality for ultimate flexibility.
With the TM-7 HD Plus, you can choose between:
- Fully automatic operation via a Controller/Datalogger (sold separately).
- Manual operation using a direction control toggle, digital revolution counter, and torque output gauge—no Controller/Datalogger required.
Adjustable Mounting Frame
The TM-7 HD Plus includes a mounting frame that can be indexed in 2-1/2-inch increments to accommodate various vehicle bed widths:
- Default shipping location aligns with 72-inch skid widths.
- Adjustable up to 87 inches for wider truck decks.
- For beds wider than 87 inches, the TM-7 can be mounted outside the VMS. If mounting outside the default location, longer hydraulic hoses (not included) may be required.
