The E.H. Wachs TM-7 SD Plus is a versatile and automated valve operator, exerciser, and rehabilitator designed for VMS systems. Featuring Wachs industry-leading automation, this system combines power and flexibility to handle a wide range of valve maintenance tasks. The Standard Duty system delivers 1,500 ft/lbs. of torque and incorporates "Plus" dual hybrid control functionality for maximum adaptability.
With the TM-7 SD Plus, you can choose between:
- Fully automatic operation using a Controller/Datalogger (sold separately).
- Manual operation via direction control toggle, digital revolution counter, and torque output gauge—no Controller/Datalogger required.
Adaptable Mounting Frame
The TM-7 SD Plus mounting frame is designed to fit various vehicle bed widths, indexed in 2-1/2-inch increments:
- Default shipping location aligns with 72-inch skid widths.
- Adjustable to extend up to 87 inches for wider truck decks.
- For even wider setups, the TM-7 can be mounted outside the VMS frame, though longer hydraulic hoses (not included) may be required.

- Interface plumbing
The TM-7 SD Plus is standard equipment on the Grand LX Trailer.
