Vivax-Metrotech vLoc3 rechargeable Li-ion receiver battery, part 2.207.01.00091

Vivax-Metrotech vLoc3 Rechargeable Receiver Battery

Part number 2.207.01.00091 is the factory rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack for Vivax-Metrotech vLoc3 Series receivers. It is the same battery that ships in the receiver, so it is the right choice for replacing an aging pack or keeping a charged spare on the truck.

On a vLoc3-9800, a fully charged pack typically runs about 27 hours of continuous use. That is more than twice the run time of the six AA alkaline batteries the receiver can also use.

Good to know

  • Keep a spare charged. Swapping packs takes seconds, so a second battery keeps a crew locating through a long day or a multi-day job.
  • Top it up any time. Lithium-ion has no memory effect, so there is no need to run it down before charging. Store spare packs out of extreme heat.
  • Running low in the field? The alkaline battery holder takes six AA batteries and keeps the receiver working until you can recharge.
