Built on the proven vLoc3 platform, the RTK-Pro features a built-in 4G LTE cellular module that connects directly to an NTRIP RTK caster to receive RTCM 3 correction data. These real-time corrections allow users to collect positional data with centimeter-level accuracy, making it ideal for GIS mapping, asset management, and compliance documentation. Utility locate data and GNSS coordinates are captured simultaneously and stored locally, while also being automatically uploaded to the cloud for backup and integration into external mapping programs.
Whether you’re a seasoned technician or a new operator, the RTK-Pro is designed with ease of use in mind. Its simplified locate screens, on-screen guidance, and electronic spirit level ensure consistent data collection with minimal training. A simple button press logs utility and positional data together, eliminating guesswork and manual entry.
The receiver supports eight passive modes, a dedicated fault-find mode, and the Signal Direction (SD) feature to clearly distinguish between adjacent utilities. Its configurable frequency range (98Hz to 200kHz) ensures compatibility with a wide variety of transmitters and site conditions. Operators can set custom visual and vibration alerts for hazards like shallow depths, overhead power, and signal overload — reducing the risk of error in the field.
Optional features like Tx-Link allow the receiver to remotely control the transmitter’s power and frequency from the locator, eliminating the need to return to the transmitter during a locate. Combined with cloud-based management, onboard data logging, and real-time GNSS corrections, the vLoc3 RTK-Pro sets a new standard for smart utility locating.
