Offering the same advantages as our Standard LX Trailer, this skid-mounted system is preinstalled and prewired on a durable steel skid, ready to be bolted directly to your flatbed truck for seamless integration.

The Standard LX Skid features our industry-leading ERV-750 extended reach valve operator, boasting a 13-foot (3.96-meter) reach and delivering up to 750 ft/lbs. of torque. This rugged and versatile platform is fully upgradeable and built to withstand years of demanding use. It's the ideal solution for municipalities or contractors seeking a long-lasting, self-contained system for comprehensive valve maintenance in the field.

At the core of the system is Wachs’ exclusive VITALS software, developed over three decades with “No Assumptions” logic to safeguard valve operations. VITALS minimizes the risk of misdirection or over-torquing, preventing damage or failure. Its mobile and desktop modules allow users to set torque limits and log critical infrastructure details, including location, valve-operating direction, and applied torque.

Powered by a reliable Kohler 27 HP gasoline engine, the Standard LX Skid VMS Gas comes equipped with a wireless handheld controller featuring a Datalogger. Standard equipment includes:

A 500 CFM, 11in Hg vacuum system
A 250-gallon spoils tank with Wachs' exclusive hydraulic slide, tilt, and powered rear discharge system
A 2.5 GPM @ 3000 psi pressure washer with an 80-gallon freshwater tank
A Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) featuring an HTMA Class II circuit, 10-gallon reservoir, fan-cooled heat exchanger, and continuous-duty rating of up to 8 GPM @ 2000 PSI

The skid is packed with ample storage and tools to meet the needs of advanced valve maintenance programs. With this all-in-one platform, there’s no need for additional trips to retrieve equipment for accessing, locating, operating, and recording valve data for reporting and maintenance.

For those tackling larger or more challenging valves, the Standard LX Skid can be fitted with the optional TM-7 HD Plus valve exerciser, capable of delivering up to 2,500 ft/lbs of torque. This upgrade can be installed at the time of purchase or added later, providing extra capability for emergency shutdowns and stubborn valve operations.
