The Grand LX Trailer is equipped with dual valve-turning machines: our industry-leading ERV-750 Extended Reach Valve Operator and the powerful, newly upgraded TM-7 HD Plus, capable of delivering 2,500 ft/lbs. of torque for challenging or large valves. Built for durability, the trailer features heavy-duty construction, including large-section fully boxed 6-inch frame rails, reinforced fenders, LED lighting, and an 8400 lbs. rated axle with 12-inch electric brakes. The TM-7 HD Plus is mounted at an ideal nine o’clock position for the driver’s line of sight, enabling superior torque management along the trailer's longitudinal axis.

The Grand LX Trailer integrates Wachs’ exclusive VITALS software, designed with "No Assumptions" logic to prevent valve damage caused by misdirection or over-torquing. Developed over three decades, this state-of-the-art software includes mobile and desktop modules, allowing you to set torque limits and log infrastructure details such as valve location, operating direction, and applied torque.
