Equipped with Wachs' exclusive VITALS software, the Standard LX helps you monitor your water infrastructure and maintain peak performance. This trailer includes the industry-standard ERV-750 extended reach valve operator, which offers a 13-foot reach and 750 ft-lbs of torque. Built as a fully upgradeable and versatile platform, the Standard LX is designed to transport all necessary valve maintenance and vacuum tools into the field.
The Standard LX supports Wachs' VITALS software, a sophisticated tool that prevents valve damage through "No Assumptions" programming logic. Developed over 30 years, VITALS software enables you to set torque limits and record details such as location, operating direction, and torque applied. The software includes both mobile and desktop modules, streamlining field data collection and infrastructure management.
Powered by a 27 HP Kohler Command Pro v-twin gasoline engine, the Standard LX comes equipped with a wireless handheld tablet controller, a powerful 500 CFM-11in Hg vacuum, and a 250-gallon spoils tank with hydraulic slide, tilt, and power-latching rear door. Additional features include a 2.5 GPM @ 3000 psi pressure washer with a 95-gallon water tank, an HPU with HTMA Class II circuit, 10-gallon reservoir, and fan-cooled heat exchanger delivering 8 GPM @ 2000 psi.
The Standard LX is designed for single-valve turner applications and does not support the TM-7 SD Plus valve exerciser like the Grand LX, making it ideal for general valve maintenance. For larger or more demanding applications, the TM-7 HD Plus may be preferred for its suitability with large or tough-to-turn valves.
