The Grand LX Trailer features dual valve-turning machines: the industry-leading ERV-750 Extended Reach Valve Operator and the upgraded TM-7 HD Plus, capable of delivering 2,500 ft/lbs. of torque for tackling large or stubborn valves. Built on an extra-heavy-duty trailer, it includes 6-inch fully boxed frame rails, heavy-duty fenders, LED lighting, and an 8400 lbs. rated axle with 12-inch electric brakes. The TM-7 HD Plus is optimally positioned at the nine o’clock mounting location, providing the driver with a clear line of sight and superior torque management along the trailer’s longitudinal axis.
The Grand LX Trailer is powered by Wachs’ exclusive VITALS software, developed over three decades with "No Assumptions" logic to prevent misdirection or over-torquing. Available in mobile and desktop modules, this advanced software allows users to set torque limits and log critical details such as valve location, operating direction, and applied torque, ensuring precise and damage-free valve operation.
